The workouts matter, but so do the people around you. Having support, encouragement, and a community that wants to see you succeed makes all the difference.
That is what GST is all about. Getting stronger together.

MAY FREQUENT SWEATERS 🔥
This list fires me up.
In May, 46 members combined for 912 workouts and earned a spot on our Frequent Sweaters board.
What stands out most isn’t just the numbers—it’s the people behind them.
Some are chasing PRs. Some are training for races, DEKAs, HYROXs, and personal events. Some are stepping into the gym for the first time and discovering what they’re capable of. Some are rebuilding strength after setbacks, injuries, or life challenges. And some are simply staying consistent through busy seasons of life.
And during Mental Health Awareness Month, it’s pretty powerful to see so many people choosing movement, community, strength, and self-care. Every workout is about more than reps and sets. Sometimes it’s about showing up for yourself on the days you need it most.
Every visit matters. Every workout counts. Every step forward is worth celebrating.
To everyone on this list—thank you for bringing the energy, effort, and commitment that make GAGE such a special place. Whether you’re a longtime veteran or just getting started, you’re helping build something incredible.
912 visits. 46 members. One amazing community.

One of the biggest misconceptions we hear is that lifting heavy after 40 is dangerous. The truth? Lifting with poor technique, rushing progress, and ignoring what your body is telling you is what leads to problems.
Strength training after 40 is one of the best things you can do for your health, confidence, and longevity when it is done the right way. Build a strong foundation, focus on quality movement, and let the weights increase over time.

1,000 visits for Ryan 👏
If you know Ryan, you know he’s not one to want the spotlight but 1,000 visits deserves to be celebrated.
For years, Ryan has been a staple of the 5:30 a.m. crew, consistently showing up 3x/week, putting in the work, and focusing on becoming the strongest, healthiest version of himself. From years of athletics to now wanting to stay moving, feel good, reduce aches and pains, and keep up with his kids, Ryan continues to prioritize his health no matter the season of life.
1,000 visits isn’t just a number. It’s the dark winter mornings, the busy weeks, the summers when the beach sounds more appealing, and still choosing to show up anyway.
We’re incredibly thankful for Ryan, his consistency, and the example he sets for everyone around him. Huge milestone and so well deserved 👊

300 Visits for Corinne Mattia! 🎉
Corinne is an absolute joy to have in class. She always comes in with a smile, brings great energy, and is never one to shy away from a challenge. When you see Corinne walking through the door, you know it’s going to be a good session.
Her positive attitude brightens up the room, but don’t let the smile fool you she puts in some serious work every time she steps into the gym. The progress she’s made since day one has been incredible to watch, and she’s become a true staple of the afternoon classes.
Congratulations on 300 visits, Corinne! We can’t wait to see what you accomplish next!

200 Workouts Strong 💪✨
Julie just wrapped up her last program with a 95lb barbell bench press and hit her 200-workout milestone!
Super proud of her strength, consistency, and the way she continues to show up and get stronger with every workout. And that bright smile (usually with a sparkling water nearby ✨✨) makes our gym a better place.
We love ya, girl, and we’re so grateful we get to work with you. 💙🎉
