Top Notch Karate is offering Tang So Do classes at Penn Oaks. Master Laughlin, 4th Degree Black Belt and owner of Top Notch Karate, will teach the basics of this Korean Style Martial Art. 8 week session starts Friday January 24th and ends Friday March 13th. Class is offered for 5 - 7 year olds 5:30 to 6:00 pm and 8 years to adult 6 - 6:45 pm. Cost is $149/student for the 8 weeks. Registrations are being taken at Penn Oaks Tennis and Fitness front desk. Plank For Parkinson's Challenge was a great success today. Congratulations to Tom who planked for 6 minutes and Rachael who planked for 7 minutes! Thank You to everyone who came out to support Rachael and Tom today. Plus everyone who showed their support with a donation to the Michael J Fox Foundation. Donations are being accepted through December 20.
Thanksgiving Weekend Club Hours: Wednesday 5:30 am to 10 pm, Thursday 8 am to 3 pm, Friday 8 am to 8 pm, Saturday 8 am to 6 pm, Sunday 8 am to 6 pm. Open court time available Thursday and Friday afternoon. Call the club to reserve your court. Point Play Thursday 10:30 to 12 pm, Friday 8 to 9:30 am and 9:30 to 11 am. Regular Point Play schedule for Saturday and Sunday. No junior clinics Thursday. Regular junior clinic schedule Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Thursday 9:15 am "Turkey Jam" Fitness Class. All other classes canceled on Thursday. Friday 8 am cycle and 9 am Butterball Burn Off. All other classes canceled. Regular fitness class schedule for Saturday and Sunday. Happy Thanksgiving!
