Never skip a beat. I always love running in the Dells bc of the hills. John joined me every morning so far and then we found the gym this morning.
Getting to watch girls softball was a perk 🤗
Stay disciplined. You don’t always have to be motivated.
And, if you are a client of mine reading this, do some type of exercise today. You’ll thank me for it 😉

I always, always start 1/1 with a run. No matter how tired I am from the festivities of 12/31, I get my run in.
Get a walk in today, a jog, a strength workout, yoga, or anything active bc you CAN. Even if it’s just 15-20 minutes. You will always be grateful for it.

When u can’t go to your son’s early game bc of your other kids’ sports and u have to get your run in, u run and stop when needed so u can see him up to bat. Bc not every run is a race.

Out in the middle of nowhere… get the workout in.
Went to bed at 2am (super fun party) and got up at 7:45. Waited for my hubby to wake up and we went on a good run together. Pretty tired our first mile but as always- it’s the best way to wake up and get going. So thankful I have my health and encourage others to get in a little workout every day. It’s amazing what it does for your mind.

New Year’s Day- I never miss a workout/a run. I like to start my year off feeling good.
The last thing I wanted to do was change out of my pajamas and face that strong, cold wind outside. But, I did it. And, now I’ll shower and contemplate putting my pajamas back on. 😜
As a Personal Trainer it is my duty to tell you to workout today- for your HEALTH. To feel good!
I will stop there bc sometimes posts and/or pictures can do the opposite and annoy people or make them feel bad for not moving.
So, just move a little today. To feel good.
