If you know anything about me, you know that I believe in every. Single. Player. Until they stop showing up, trying, caring. But I will believe in you. The only time I will ever stop, is not when I am no longer your coach, not when you grow up and move on, not when I don't see you anymore, it will be when you quit caring, or are rude or disrespectful, mean, I think you get it.

Sometimes those that help us to reach our potential are disliked for expecting more. I will never expect anything from a player that they are not absolutely capable of doing successfully. Sometimes that pushes us out of our comfort zone.

As long as I breathe, I will support you, encourage you, and believe in you. On, or off the field. As long as you let me. And I will always be here. You all know where to find me!

I love this. Kids don't understand coaching at times. They shouldn't, they are kids, just like they don't understand rules and things from parents. It helps to have the parents understand to help the kids u derstand!
We always care about more than the plays on the field. We want to create successful good human beings in addition to them reaching their athletic goals, not just softball, but hard work for any sport they choose.

Love you girls!! I am and always will be an advocate for you and be an ear to listen ND help you if you want it! And I know that goes for all of the coaches!! Even when I'm not your "coach" anymore. Always here, always will be!
