Big Board Meeting TOMORROW NIGHT! 🚨⚾🥎

Tomorrow is the night! If you’ve ever wanted to help shape the future of our league, make a direct impact on our players' experience, or simply get more involved in our community, we need YOU there.

It truly takes a full team of dedicated volunteers to keep everything running smoothly—from field maintenance and snack stand coordination to league operations and safety. Every single board position is open for nomination tomorrow night. You don't need years of experience; you just need a willingness to step up and support the kids!

Here is how the election process works:

Tomorrow Night (Nominations): Attend the meeting and throw your hat in the ring (or nominate someone you think would be great) for any open role.

Next Month (Voting): Official voting for all nominated positions will take place at our October board meeting.

Even if you aren't sure about taking on a full board role yet, please come out, listen in, and see how you can help behind the scenes. The more voices and helping hands we have, the stronger our league becomes!

Our next Board Meeting is set for Monday, September 14th, and we will be holding nominations for ALL Board Positions for the upcoming season!

It takes a village to keep our league running, and we’re looking for dedicated parents, guardians, and community members to step up and make a difference for our players. Whether you want to lead, coordinate, manage equipment, or support behind the scenes, there is a role for you!

Fall Ball rosters have been officially finalized! 🎉 Our coaches have their team rosters and will be reaching out to families over the next few days with practice dates, times, and game schedules.

🚨🚨 COACHES NEEDED!!!! 🚨🚨

Hello Families,

We are excited for the upcoming Fall season! We can’t wait to get the kids back out on the fields.

Right now, we are hard at work putting teams together and finalizing rosters so we can share schedules and get started. However, we have a CRITICAL need for more volunteer coaches.

Currently, we do not have enough coaches to cover all of the teams required for the number of registered players. Specifically Tee Ball and Minors baseball.

Tee Ball is all about introducing the game, building confidence, having fun, and getting outside.

In Minors, players transition into learning situational defense, basic Little League rules, and the exciting steps of kid-pitching and hitting against live pitching.

Whether you have coached before or are brand new to stepping on the field, we will ensure you have the guidance, tools, and support needed to lead a fun, structured, and rewarding season for the kids.

If you are willing to step up as a Head Coach or Assistant Coach for either Tee Ball or Minors, please email [email protected] or [email protected] as soon as possible so we can get our rosters set and stay on schedule.
