Shallow water aerobics combines the power of water resistance with heart-pumping movements for a fun cardio and strength workout. 💪💦
Whether you're new to exercise or a fitness pro, you can customize your workout by adjusting the water depth, adding equipment, and choosing your own pace.
It's easy on your joints, great for your whole body, and designed for all fitness levels!

🎨🌊 Something AMAZING is taking shape in our Lesson Pool! 🌊🎨
We’re so excited to share that our mural installation is officially underway! Local muralist Nelson Art has been hard at work this week, transforming the walls of our Lesson Pool into something bright, fun, and truly special for our swimmers, families, and patrons. 🐠🐢🌿
And we have an extra special THANK YOU to give! 💙 The entire mural installation has been completely donated by UP Aquatics, a local, grass-roots nonprofit organization dedicated to the world of swimming and aquatics. Their incredible generosity is helping us create a more welcoming and inspiring space for our community, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their support!
We can’t wait to watch this project come to life and share the finished mural with you! Stay tuned for more updates! 🎨✨
