Would you know what to do if you were cornered? You don't need to be an athlete to protect yourself. Join this Women’s Hand to Hand Class to learn simple, highly effective hand-to-hand techniques to defend against an assailant. Taught by an experienced self-defense instructor, this practical workshop is designed for women of all ages—from young adults to seniors.

⏰ Time: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Includes instruction and practice time)

Women's Hand to Hand — Red River Range Course Description. This class provides simple hand to hand techniques to defend against an assailant. These techniques can be used by any woman from young to old. The class is two hours and taught by an experienced self defense instructor. Cost is $20.00.per person.

SITUATIONAL AWARENESS CLASS - if you are concerned for your safety, this class is for you. Understand how to assess threat levels, how to handle specific situations, become a safer you.
