Expansion complete!

Come check out our expanded free weight space and new equipment. As always, no contracts, no enrollment fees.

Big things are happening! The expansion is getting close to being complete. We are in the process of refreshing our logo as well. Stay tuned for t-shirt giveaways and other fun stuff in the near future.

Hi Members,

We are happy to say that the governor has given a tentative green light to reopening many businesses starting Friday, May 1st. We will have to abide by all restrictions laid out in the state's plans for reopening.

We plan to limit the number of members in the gym to 10 at a time, which shouldn't be a problem during most hours of the day. We will be doing extra cleaning and sanitizing as well. Everyone in the gym will be asked to do their part and keep distance from each other as well as wiping down equipment after use.

We will be turning keys back on Friday morning and payments will resume again on May 5th. If you would like to keep your membership in a hold status longer than this, please contact us before Friday May 1st to give us notice.

Closure Update

We are now scheduled to be closed through April 30th due to the ND Governor’s executive order. Stay active and enjoy the outdoors in the meantime. We look forward to seeing and having you back soon.

We are putting all memberships on hold and no new charges will be withdrawn or charged until we can open the gym back up.

Closure Update

We are still scheduled to be closed through April 20th due to the ND Governor’s executive order. We are putting all memberships on hold and no new charges will be withdrawn or charged until we can open the gym back up.

This is an extremely stressful time for everyone, and exercise is often the best way for people to relieve that stress. We wish we could be open and provide that benefit to you more than anything. For any of our current members who are laid off or who have become unemployed as a result of the pandemic or economic situation please reach out to us and we will provide you a month’s membership free of charge when we do open back up.

Attention Members

Starting at noon Friday, March 20th the gym will be closed due to the Governor of North Dakota’s executive order related to Coronavirus business shutdowns. As of right now the closure is scheduled to last through Monday, April 6th. The gym will reopen after midnight on Tuesday, April 7th. We will keep you informed of any changes to that schedule.
