Join Valerie Lane for this commUNTIY centered workshop.

Bringing together two of Valerie’s favorite things: Yoga and Fiber Arts! For this workshop, the first hour we’ll move through a yoga practice that focuses on upper body mobility and hand and wrist stretches—all areas that need a little extra care when you’re crafting. The second hour, we’ll sit and work on our projects. Bring what you have: knitting, crochet, cross-stitch, embroidery, weaving, or anything you’d like! If you’re new to crafting and want to learn, we’ll have supplies available and Valerie can teach you the basics of knitting. All levels of yoga & fiber artists welcome.

🥣🎶 Join Fabienne Singer, RYT 200, Reiki Master, Sound Therapist on Sunday, March 15th!

This immersive Sound Meditation begins with a guided talk exploring the connection between sound, spirituality, and consciousness. Through conscious breathing, toning, vocalization, and visualization practices, participants are gently guided inward into a state of deep attunement.
The journey culminates in an immersive sound experience using gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, and other overtone-rich instruments. The vibrational frequencies support nervous system regulation, deep relaxation, and expanded awareness.
The intention is to help participants release limiting habitual patterns and cultivate positive cognitive and emotional shifts.
