YMCA membership includes access to hundreds of group exercise classes including yoga, Pilates, Barre, Spin and more as well as full use of the indoor facility and drop-in childcare while you workout. Members also enjoy discounts on a wide variety of programs such as swimming lessons, youth sports like basketball, soccer and more, dance, theatre, art and music classes as well as on infant or toddler care, preschool and summer camps. The Y is a diverse community joined together by a shared commitment to nurture the potential of kids, promote healthy living and foster social responsibility.

We had such a wonderful time celebrating the special grandparents in our lives! ❤️ Our Grandparents Day event was filled with smiles, laughter, sweet memories, and plenty of special moments shared between generations.
Thank you to all the grandparents, family members, and friends who joined us and helped make the day so meaningful. We are grateful for the love, wisdom, and joy you bring to our children’s lives. 🥰

Are you or someone you know living through or beyond cancer? If you’re ready to embark on a journey back to health and wellness, we invite you to join our LIVESTRONG program at the YMCA!

Led by the dedicated Nicole Kilroy, this transformative program is free and spans **12 weeks**, allowing participants to connect and bond with others who have faced similar challenges. Together, you’ll share experiences, find support, and work towards reclaiming your health.

This program is open to anyone in our community who has been physically affected by cancer.
