Two days late, but here’s to Chapter 51! 🎉

I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful and fulfilling life. After 10 years of Fly High Fit—and 17 years since being diagnosed with lupus—I’m incredibly grateful to still be up in the air, doing what I love, and going strong.

I’m thankful for my family, my amazing clients, and everyone who continues to love and support me. I’m grateful and blessed. ❤️
