Rochester New York FC Youth Central and Western New York’s “destination club” The EUSA organization has drawn the recognition of the United States Soccer Federation.

The Mission of Empire United Soccer Academy:

- We strive to develop a nationally competitive youth soccer program for the players of Central and Western New York.

- We are committed to deliver to players – exceptional coaching, developmentally appropriate skills training, advanced training techniques, and a healthy, winning mentality.

- Our efforts will present every player the opportunity to reach their potential (College, Professional, National Team), based on their athletic ability and academic achievements. Empire United Soccer Academy is dedicated to providing a soccer developmental center of excellence for the players of Central and Western New York. Motivation for this unified initiative enables the organization to concentrate resources and talent to improve the soccer development environment for all area youth players. US Soccer has acknowledged our club as an inaugural member of the US Soccer Development Academy. Destination Club - Dozens of teams use a premier or elite alias in order to promote their club. Over the last few years, the rise of US Development Academy and other national youth leagues have lead to club stratification as the top clubs distance themselves from the pack. These clubs attain talent consolidation and bring unequivocal recognition and opportunity to it’s members. Empire United Soccer Academy is Central and Western New York’s “destination club”.

Joshua Smith | Director of Camps & Clinics 🟢⚫️

Josh brings experience across collegiate, club, and youth soccer, along with a USSF C coaching license. He serves as First Assistant Coach for St. John Fisher Men’s Soccer, full-time coach at Soccer Shots, and a coach here at RNY FC. Josh is passionate about helping players develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game through fun, challenging, and player-centered training environments.

Josh will run our upcoming summer camp this July 20th-23rd.
