The biggest mistake in the sighting in process is chasing one arrow. You shoot low, you move the sight down, you shoot high, you move it back up, and forty arrows later you're right where you started.

The fix is simple: Shoot at least two arrows before making any adjustment. If both arrows land in the same spot, that's a real pattern and you can trust it to guide your dial. If the two arrows don't land together, the issue could be something in your form or break, and moving the dial won't fix it.

Once you have a consistent group, chase the group, not just one arrow.
