What happens when you show up for yourself every day?

Over six years, our members have lost body fat, reduced visceral fat (the dangerous kind around your organs), and gained lean muscle. This isn't about how you look. It's about how your body works and how long it lasts.

People with poor metabolic health can spend over $100,000 on medical costs over their lifetime. Prevention is always cheaper than treatment.

It starts with showing up. We'll handle the rest.

Your bloodwork tells a story, and over six years, our members' numbers have been moving in the right direction.

HDL, the good cholesterol that protects your heart, is up 26.5%. Inflammation is down 30.6%. Triglycerides are down 14.9%. These are the numbers your medical team watches to know whether you're getting healthier or heading toward problems.

Healthcare costs keep going up, but the best way to spend less later is to invest in your health now. Better labs mean a body that's working for you, not against you.

You invest in your car, your home, your business. But what about your health?

Most people piece it together. A doctor here, a trainer there, nobody talking to each other. At Monarch, you get a full team. A doctor, a nutritionist, a physical therapist, a strength coach, and a recovery team, all working together and all focused on you.

You shouldn't have to tell your story five different times to five different people. Prevention costs less than treatment, and your health is the best investment you'll ever make.

Six years. Thousands of lab results. Hundreds of body scans. Here's what we're seeing.

Our members are getting healthier, and the tests prove it. Inflammation is down, cholesterol is improving, body fat is dropping, and energy is up across the board.

That doesn't happen by luck. It happens when your doctors, coaches, nutritionists, and therapists all work together toward the same goal.

Testing doesn't lie.

For International Women's Month, we didn't plan a graphic. We sat down with two of the people who help run Monarch every day and let them talk.

Jordan Roseboro, Director of Operations, played professional soccer across Europe. Nikki Ogaard, Director of Marketing, taught English at an orphanage in Cambodia. They've worked together before, ended up here together, and became the kind of friends who call each other's moms for advice. Both are former athletes. Both raised by women of color who climbed through corporate America. And both lead the way they were taught.

"Being a good leader means having a great relationship with your colleague, but still being able to hold up a mirror. If there's tension, we talk about it. We're friends off the field and collaborators on it."

When we asked about leadership, they didn't talk about themselves. They talked about their team. "Some of our best ideas have come from Ani, our Marketing Coordinator. Some of our most interesting builds have come from Stevo and Marleen, our Area Managers. This isn't about us. They deserve the credit."

And when it comes to why they show up every day, they both said the same thing. "Neither of us signed up for the right now. We signed up for the long haul. Health is a lifestyle you can't afford not to have. Community and accountability are what keep you there, which is exactly what we have with each other."

That's what this month is about. Not a post. A standard.

Meet Christine Heisch, Strength and Conditioning Coach at Monarch.

Christine has spent over a decade coaching athletes to train with intention. She represented the United States at the 2019 Touch Rugby World Cup, teaches Kinesiology at Cal State LA, and has held executive leadership at a global brand and contributed to sports operations at LAFC.

She brings all of it to the floor with her every day.

This International Women’s Month, we asked her what the month means to her.
“It’s a time to recognize the impact and success of women. But it’s also a reminder that there is still work to do when it comes to equity in opportunity, representation, and leadership in fields that are still heavily male dominated.”

Her advice to anyone waiting for the right moment? Start anyway. Momentum comes from action.

Dr. Ahaan Bharadwaj joins Monarch as our newest physical therapist, and his path here is anything but accidental.

A lifelong athlete, it took an injury of his own to shift his focus from performance to understanding. From asking not just how the body moves, but why. From treating symptoms to tracing them back to their source.

His approach: strength and mobility, working together. Long-term thinking over quick fixes. Knowing your body well enough that setbacks become less frequent, and less costly, when they do arrive.

If you've been waiting for a PT who sees the full picture, come say hello.

From Wall Street to Wellness: Rachel Hirsch on Backing Builders in a Trend-Driven Industry 03/12/2026

Rachel Hirsch has always invested in people before products.

CEO of Wellness Growth Ventures and host of The 2% Club Podcast, Rachel has spent her career backing founders who are building a healthier world. She started on Wall Street and never stopped asking a bigger question: what if capital could actually make people’s lives better?

She joined us on the Monarch Metamorphosis Podcast to talk about wellness, growth, and what she really looks for when she bets on a company.

Her answer? Ferociousness. The kind that keeps a founder standing when everything gets hard.

It’s a conversation worth hearing.

When most people watch a race, they see the runner cross the finish line. They notice the pace, the time, the result.

What they don’t see is everything that made that moment possible. The training decisions, the data, the routine. Knowing when to push harder, when to recover, and how the body is responding along the way.

For awhile, this level of insight was reserved for elite athletes. Today, it doesn’t have to be.

We’ve introduced advanced metabolic and performance testing across our clubs, led by Coach Gareth Thomas, who brings more than 30 years of experience coaching endurance athletes, from everyday runners to World and National Champions across triathlon, Ironman, cycling, and running. Now, he’s bringing that same expertise to our members.

What does that mean for our members?

Blood lactate testing- to establish precise training zones based on how your body performs under increasing intensity.

Resting metabolic rate (RMR) testing- to reveal how efficiently your body uses fuel, helping inform nutrition, metabolism, and body composition goals.

VO₂ max and FATmax testing- to measure aerobic capacity and identify where your body burns fat most efficiently, guiding smarter conditioning.

Together, these assessments provide clear, actionable insight into how your body responds to training, so you can approach your health with the same precision as an athlete.

Gareth’s February availability is now open. If you’ve been thinking about understanding your body on a deeper level, this is a great place to begin. Connect with our membership team to learn more about advanced testing with Gareth.

There are gyms and trainers everywhere, so getting care isn’t the issue. But getting care where you’re actually seen is very different. Too often, people become just another time slot instead of the full history they carry with them.

That’s exactly why Monarch was created.

From the moment our members walk through the doors, we’re focused on how their body moves, what they’ve been through, and where they’re trying to go. It’s not just training, or medical, or nutrition in isolation. It’s everything working together, with real people who know you and check in along the way.

Health was never meant to be managed alone, and it shouldn’t feel that way.
