Standing on the reformer is advanced so be very careful.
You must keep the tension on the rope or you could fall. Keep the spring on one blue or one red-medium to light. (Not too light tho).

Side planks are a great exercise on or off the reformer!
Side work for our obliques is so important and often neglected.
Side planks are my favorite because they’re so good for scoliosis. This can be done on your elbow or hand.
Stack your hips, ribs, shoulders, and focus on your core especially your obliques! Watch your shoulders creeping up to your ears. Keep the shoulders down and the sides of your core engaged.
To make this easier, keep you knee and shin down. To make it harder lift your top leg up and down.

This is Tresals, the neighbors kitty who knows I love her. I know many people that don’t like cats. You don’t have to like them to observe them though. Dogs are interesting to watch too. 🐕 I love them both!
