We are excited to announce that this Saturday from 9AM to 12PM, we will be hosting a special event called Hyrox at our gym. All classes during this time will be a Hyrox workout designed to test your endurance in low-skill movements to prepare for the upcoming Hyrox Race in Anaheim on April 22. Stretch Lab will be here Saturday to for recovery services after your workout!
Hyrox is a global fitness competition that challenges athletes to complete a series of exercises, including running, rowing, and functional movements like burpees and lunges. Its for all levels and you don’t have to compete to participate this Saturday!

The Physical Fitness Test we will be featuring for Saturdays workout gives you an indication of your fitness level and an assessment of which division is suitable for you if you’re interested in competing in the Hyrox Race on April 22. Please note that there are no time limits for the HYROX Race and you can register for any division without qualifying. The Physical Fitness Test is only intended to help you decide which division to choose. The test is held in hundreds of gyms each season and consists of this workout:

Our First Athlete of the Month for 2023 is Brent Myung! 🧱⚡️ If you’ve ever taken class with Brent, you know he keeps his attitude and pace on the up.
From Dublin, Ohio, Brent found BRICK by chance. He finished a workout around the corner and heard noises coming from our box. An investigation led to a one-month trial here and the rest is history.
His passions are food, friends and fitness! Brent prefers a chipper workout to an AMRAP, a bar muscle up to a sn**ch, and a back squat to the assault bike. If he were an animal, he’d be a bird. The man loves doughnuts of all kinds and he’s a night owl at heart. His dream vacation would be on a sizzling beach anywhere in South America.
Three truths and a lie about Brent: I’ve been to 27 countries. I was arrested by the Mexican Police last year. I hate Pizza. I was 2009 The Ohio State University Beer Pong Champion.

Join Saturdays at Noon for help breaking down complex barbell movements. From thrusters to sn**ches and everything in between, barbell club will help you build form, technique and confidence in your movements.
Introducing our BRICK Academy! Coach Kyle will be leading our Academy series beginning Sunday 1/8/23 with classes on Sundays at 12:30 pm & Wednesdays at 7:30pm.
The Brick Academy is a rotating series of 5 classes specifically designed to help familiarize new as well as existing members with the basic Crossfit movements. Coach Kyle will lead small groups with plenty of opportunity for individual attention. This is a great way for athletes to tackle complex movements step by step, build confidence, and cultivate community.
Folks can sign up/attend just like any other normal class. It will also feel like a regular Crossfit class with a warmup, skill learning session, and short WOD. Stay tuned for details on which movements we’re tackling which classes!
