Today we honor the life work of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. because someday in the future, we will look back on this time (and so much time before this) and ask ourselves in shock, disbelief, and disgust, "Did we really think it was okay to treat others in such a way?!" May that day come sooner rather than later when we all realize we are all equal. In God's eyes. In each others' eyes. Peace. Love. Kindness. Unity. Equality.
