I absolutely love getting to share my passion for work with this cutie! My favorite thing about the last time she came to work with me was that at 5am she had already gotten herself up, her bed was made, she had her work bag packed and class playlist ready the night before (my sidekick DJ) and was excited to tackle the day.

I believe so much in daily habits of discipline, having passion and simply put, doing work. It melts my heart seeing the spark she has and can’t wait to see what the future holds for this little Queen… especially if she works half as hard as her dad, our hero .atchison

I had such a blast working out with this Bad A$$! is a 3X Jiu-Jitsu World Champion, former UFC fighter, and current UFC Fighter Development Director. If there’s one message I can share, it’s find something you LOVE to do. I believe a career should be challenging, demanding, stressful, and require us to get really, really uncomfortable. And it should also be fulfilling, rewarding beyond words, provide potential for growth, an opportunity to achieve, and not just be “what we do” but rather “who we are.”
