In need of a delicious lunch recipe to switch things up?! Try out this easy Chicken Avocado Wrap recipe!!

Ingredients:
Chicken tenders / breast of your choice
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon salt
Dash cayenne pepper
1/2 medium ripe avocado
2 tablespoons lime juice
Whole wheat tortillas

Directions:
- In a large skillet, brown chicken in oil. Stir in the tomatoes, onion, cumin, salt and cayenne. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook for 25-30 minutes
- Remove chicken and shred meat with 2 forks; return to skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 8-10 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
- Peel and slice avocado; drizzle with lime juice. Spoon 1/2 cup chicken mixture over each tortilla. Top with avocado
- Roll up and enjoy!

Cravings sweets, but don't want to overload on the sugar? Try out this Strawberry Chocolate Greek Yogurt Bark for a healthy treat!

3 cups whole-milk plain Greek yogurt
ΒΌ cup pure maple syrup or honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Β½ cups sliced strawberries
ΒΌ cup mini chocolate chips

Step 1: Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: Stir yogurt, maple syrup (or honey) and vanilla in a medium bowl. Spread on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the strawberries on top and sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Step 3: Freeze until hardened (about 3 hours)

Step 4: Ready to serve!!

Time to raise the BRRR and start your day with a delicious, nutritious & WARM winter drink!!

Chocolate Banana and Oatmeal Warm Winter Smoothie

1 cup unsweetened milk of choice
1 ounce water
1 scoop protein powder
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 medium banana, sliced
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Heat almond milk to desired temperature. Set aside.
Mix 2 ounces of the hot almond milk with water and add to blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour remaining of hot milk over smoothie and stir with a spoon.
Pour smoothie into a glass and enjoy!!
