People, and especially kids, can better understand positive instructions than negative ones. For example, "Freeze" is easier to understand than "Don't move" or "Stop moving". If I were to tell you not to think about ice cream, what do you think about? Ice cream! You have to think about it in order to try to not think about it. Try giving your child positive instructions and see if they follow directions better.

Música para Despertar is a team of psychologists and music therapists who strive to show and extend the benefits of music in the ALZHEIMER and other dementias, as musical memory and emotions are among the last capacities to be lost. They need your help.

Their mission: to raise awareness, sensitize, train and expand MUSIC as a tool and LOVE as a path, for the management of behaviors (agitation, aggression, isolation ...) that accompany dementia. Music and Love to live with Alzheimer's.

Does your little one walk on their toes? While it can be cute, it can lead to some issues down the line if they are unable to put their heels down.

scrubbing.in Toe walking, or walking on the front or ball of the foot, isn't uncommon among youth. So toe walking isn't necessarily a sign of a much larger problem. Often times children will outgrow walking on their toes, so how long is too long for your kids to be walking on their toes?
