They said you can't learn a language without being in a class and speaking with people. Rosetta Stone, Babbel, and Duolingo proved that wrong. (I'm 275 consecutive days learning Portuguese!)
They also said you can't learn fitness from a personal trainer without being in person. Also wrong.

Happy New Year! 🎊 I loved 2022. I turned 50 this year. That was weird. The best 7 days of the year were the days I was without a phone because I got robbed in Brazil. We’ve just sort of accepted that we have to live this way, attached to the phone 24/7. I’m glad I was forced to go without it for a week. In a foreign country, no less.
Life is hard. The only thing we can do is try to be better. Try to give back. Try to leave the world a little better than we found it. I’ve never been a big New Year’s Eve person - but I’ve always been big on reflecting on the year behind and striving for better in the year ahead.
Each year, I want to go somewhere I’ve never been and learn something new. If I can keep doing that, I’m doing ok.

Great article explaining the do's and don'ts of deadlifting. Once you've addressed the underlying cause of your back pain and corrected improper movement mechanics and are pain-free, deadlifting is an important component to back health. But you must do it correctly and efficiently! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
