‼️ Athlete Highlight: Ava Haan ‼️

Ava started this sport and joined our organization just two months ago, yet they have already proven to be one of our most consistent athletes. With a 4th place finish at Club Nationals, Ava reminds us that growth comes quickly when passion, hard work, and coach-ability meet. We are so excited to see what the future holds.

Special shoutout to our one and only Adriana Sanchez for placing first in her weight class 🥇

Adriana has trained incredibly hard, and our organization knows she won’t stop pushing until she’s reached her goals and beyond. Congratulations to Adriana and all of the other first-place winners! Today’s competition was filled with dedicated, hardworking athletes who continue to raise the standard.

National Girls & Women in Sports Day 🤼‍♀️✨

Women’s wrestling is one of the fastest-growing sports in the U.S., with participation more than doubling in the last decade and college programs expanding every year. Today we celebrate the strength, grit, and trailblazers pushing this sport forward. On and off the mat.
