Some days your body is tired.

Your mind is tired.

Your emotions are tired.

And sometimes you can’t even explain why.

But Jesus…

Jesus meets us there.

Not after we’ve pulled ourselves together.

Not after we’ve figured everything out.

Right there.

He doesn’t ask you to pretend you’re okay.

He invites you to come.

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
— Matthew 11:28

So today…

Take a breath.

Drop your shoulders.

Unclench your jaw.

Let go of the pressure.

And whisper,

“Jesus, I need You.”

You don’t need a perfect prayer.

You don’t need the right words.

You simply need to turn your heart toward Him.

He is near.

He is faithful.

He is enough.

And sometimes the most powerful thing we can do isn’t push harder…

It’s surrender.

❤️ If Jesus has carried you through a season you didn’t think you could survive, tell me one word that describes what He has been to you.

I’ll start:

Faithful.

Move with purpose.
Breathe with intention.
Live for Christ.

Maybe you’ve said it before…

“I’m too old.”

“I’ve waited too long.”

“My body just isn’t what it used to be.”

“I should have started years ago.”

Friend, what if you stopped looking backward?

What if you started right where you are?

Your body is still capable of being strengthened.

Your heart is still capable of being encouraged.

Your mind is still capable of being renewed.

Your soul is still capable of growing deeper with Jesus.

It is not too late.

Not today.

Not tomorrow.

Not in this season of your life.

You don’t have to become who you were at 25.

You get to become who God is calling you to be today.

Movement matters.

Strength matters.

Taking care of yourself matters.

But I believe it becomes even more beautiful when we invite Jesus into the process.

“Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day.”
— 2 Corinthians 4:16

So start small.

Take a walk.

Stretch for ten minutes.

Lift some weights.

Get on your mat.

Take a deep breath.

And invite Jesus into it.

Don’t focus on everything you can’t do.

Start with what you can do.

Your next chapter can be different from your last.

🌿 What is one healthy change you would love to make in this season of your life?

Tell me in the comments. I’d love to encourage you!

Move with purpose.
Breathe with intention.
Live for Christ.

Your body is amazing—but your body is not your identity.

You are more than how strong you are.
More than how flexible you are.
More than the number on the scale.
More than what you accomplish in a day.
More than how you look in the mirror.

Your worth was never meant to come from what your body can do.

Your identity is found in Christ. ✝️

God created your body with purpose, and caring for it is a beautiful way to honor Him. But the goal isn’t perfection.

The goal is to become more fully who God created you to be—and to use this life, this body, these gifts, and every breath for His glory.

“For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works…” — Ephesians 2:10

🌿 So today, celebrate what your body can do—but remember that your greatest worth has nothing to do with your physical ability.

💬 Let’s talk:

What is one thing you appreciate about yourself that has NOTHING to do with what your body can do?

Maybe you’re a good listener.
Maybe you’re compassionate.
Maybe you’re a prayer warrior.
Maybe you make people laugh.
Maybe you’re faithful when life gets hard.

Tell us in the comments. ❤️ Let’s remind one another that our worth is so much deeper than what we see in the mirror.

Move with purpose.
Breathe with intention.
Live for Christ.

Your body is a gift.
Your strength is a gift.
Your breath is a gift.

So what if we stopped seeing movement as simply something we do for our bodies and started seeing it as an opportunity to worship the One who gave us these bodies in the first place?

We don’t worship our bodies.

We worship God with our bodies. 🙏

“Glorify God with your body.” — 1 Corinthians 6:20

Whether you’re walking, stretching, lifting, practicing yoga, working in your garden, or simply taking a deep breath…

Your everyday movement can become an act of worship.

Today, move with gratitude.
Move with joy.
Move knowing that your body has purpose beyond what it looks like.

💚 How can you glorify God with your body today?

Move with purpose.
Breathe with intention.
Live for Christ.

Sometimes we think God’s calling has to look completely different from the life we’ve already lived.

But what if He’s been preparing you all along?

Your experiences.

Your struggles.

Your gifts.

Your love for people.

Your love for movement.

Your story.

God can take all of it and use it for His purposes.

That’s one of the reasons I love Holy Yoga® Teacher Training.

We’re not just learning how to teach yoga.

We’re learning how to create Christ-centered spaces where people can encounter Jesus through movement, Scripture, prayer, breath, and community.

And maybe…

your “yes” could become someone else’s doorway to hope.

My prayer is to establish and multiply gospel-centered yoga communities throughout northern Louisiana and southern Arkansas.

One teacher.

One class.

One conversation.

One life at a time.

If you’ve been thinking about teacher training, don’t ignore that little nudge in your heart.

📩 Send me “TRAINING” and let’s start a conversation.

No pressure. Just information and a conversation about what God might be inviting you into.

Move with purpose.
Breathe with intention.
Live for Christ.

There’s something beautiful about caring for the body God gave you…

without making your body your god.

We move because our bodies matter.

We strengthen because strength allows us to serve.

We breathe because every breath reminds us that life is a gift.

And we pause because sometimes we need to quiet everything around us long enough to hear God’s voice.

This is what I love about Christ-centered yoga.

The goal isn’t simply to leave the mat feeling stronger.

It’s to leave the mat more aware of Jesus.

More surrendered.

More peaceful.

More grounded in Scripture.

More ready to love the people God has placed around you.

“So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” — 1 Corinthians 10:31

🌿 Your mat can be a place of worship.

But don’t leave worship there.

Carry it with you.

Move with purpose.
Breathe with intention.
Live for Christ.

You are already loved.

Before you accomplished anything today.

Before you answered the emails.

Before you cleaned the house.

Before you showed up for someone else.

Before you got on the mat.

Before you did one single thing…

You are loved by God.

We spend so much of our lives trying to become enough.

Enough for our jobs.
Enough for our families.
Enough for other people.
Enough for ourselves.

But Jesus doesn’t say, “Become enough and then come to Me.”

He says, “Come.”

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28

So take a breath.

Let go of the pressure to prove yourself.

And start today from a place of being deeply loved.

❤️ You don’t have to earn what Jesus freely gives.

Save this for tomorrow morning.

Move with purpose.
Breathe with intention.
Live for Christ.

We need each other.

We need someone who will pray with us.

Someone who will laugh with us.

Someone who will remind us of God’s truth when we forget.

Someone who will show up.

Someone who will say,

“Keep going. God isn’t finished.”

That’s why community matters so much to me.

My vision for Geaux Holy Yoga isn’t simply a room full of people moving together.

It’s a community of people growing together.

Growing stronger physically.

Growing deeper spiritually.

Growing closer to Jesus.

And then taking that love OUT into their families, neighborhoods, churches, and communities.

Because transformation was never meant to stop with us.

🌎 My prayer is to see gospel-centered yoga communities multiplied throughout northern Louisiana and southern Arkansas.

Who has been that person for you—the one who encouraged you, prayed for you, or helped you keep going when life got hard?

Tag them below and let them know how grateful you are for them. ❤️

You’ve watched the reels.

You’ve thought about becoming a yoga teacher.

Maybe you’ve even said to yourself…

“I would love to do something like that someday.”

Friend, maybe “someday” doesn’t need to stay someday.

You don’t need to know exactly where this journey will take you.

You don’t need to know how God will use you.

You simply need to be willing to take the next step.

Holy Yoga® Teacher Training is for the woman who wants to deepen her own practice, grow in her relationship with Jesus, and learn how to create spaces where others can experience Christ-centered yoga.

And here’s something I want you to know:

You are not signing up just to learn how to teach poses.

You’re stepping into an opportunity to be equipped, challenged, encouraged, and transformed.

And then?

You get to take what you’ve learned into your community.

That’s how multiplication happens.

One woman.
One mat.
One conversation.
One transformed life at a time.

✝️ If you’ve been wondering whether this might be for you, don’t keep wondering alone.

Send me the words “TELL ME MORE” and I’ll personally tell you what the training looks like and answer your questions.

No pressure. Just a conversation.

Move with purpose.
Breathe with intention.
Live for Christ.
