The TBL is heading into its fifth season. The reigning Champions are the Enid Outlaws of Enid, Oklahoma. Most people know about the NBA and maybe about the Gatorade or “G” League. TBL is the next level and is a “Showcase” league. Our top players have International, “G” league, and/or College/Univers
ity experience. Other professionals aspire to showcase their talents, get paid modest sums, to improve their game, and to get film to show to “G” league or International Coaches and Teams, and, more importantly, to provide… an exciting, family-oriented, professional basketball in markets all across the US

Dr. Watkins, along with his Brother Geoffrey Watkins, attended the TBL Draft Combine in Indianapolis, IN, and saw first-hand the high-quality players and administration of the TBL. Dr. Watkins and DrDwayne B Thomas have successfully partnered to direct College and University Leadership Programs since 2006.
