I have been reflecting recently on some personal issues from my past that still running the show when I allow them; and also noticing that many of my clients have this same issues of being imprisoned in their past, playing the self-blame game and I thought this article would be helpful to break the shackles off your feet or handcuffs, if you are in the case, in order to set yourself free. Taking the courage to face our past, forces us to face the truth and the truth will set us free!
