I know the importance of having a coach who is not only present but pushes their clients to their full potential because I needed that when I first started my fitness journey. Im so grateful for the privilege to get my clients closer to their goals 🥹
Can't believe I made it to the hills on this hot arse morning..tried talking myself out of hill sprints today but I bullied the voices in my head back 💪🏾

Social media has trained people to think progress only counts when there’s a shocking before-and-after. But there’s another kind of transformation that’s arguably harder: becoming the person who KEEPS the results.
These photos were taken 4 years apart.
My physique looks pretty similar, but a lot has changed. I’ve lost weight, gained weight, built muscle, gotten stronger, and evolved as an athlete.
What I’m most proud of isn’t how I look. It’s my ability to stay consistent through every season. Sick. Tired. Busy. Unmotivated. I kept showing up.
I’ve been training since 2011, and that consistency is the real transformation.
Wanna know what’s kept me coming back for the last 15 years?
1. I want to look and feel good.
There’s nothing wrong with wanting to feel confident. Being able to wear clothes from years ago is a nice bonus.
2. Integrity.
I coach people every day. I want my clients to know I live what I teach.
3. Growth.
I don’t compare myself to other people anymore. I compare myself to who I was yesterday and my goal is to make the girl on the left proud!
Last and arguably the most important is motivation isn’t something I wait for, it’s something I create. Throughout my journey, I've given myself reasons to train hard.
I've signed up for a race.
Trained for a Hyrox.
Entered a CrossFit competition.
Joined a new gym.
Tried a new class.
Found a DISCIPLINED training partner.
Built community.
Because goals expire. Challenges change. Community evolves. But having something to train for makes it easier to show up on the days you don’t feel like it.
Taking a step back from this platform to think about how I want to continue showing up..
I miss taking time off social media and have felt the need to consistently show up here so clients that need my help can find me.
So I'm sharing some context from my video journal for why I need to step away
