Tierra y Sol Kundalini yoga

I am adventuring myself (coming out of my comfort zone) and trying to start offering Kundalini Yoga sessions in a more extensive way, that lately, with all the changes we are having thanks to social media, it is becoming online way. I do love to do in person classes, but I am opening myself to start offering videos with full classes, mini sessions, mantra practice, pranayama, and anything I can offer to all, besides my synchronous time on Sundays from 9:30 am to 11 am (Eastern time). Some classes will be offer free and some with a modest price (nothing crazy).

A long time ago, trying to find my "brand", Tierra y Sol came to me and I design my logo. Earth and Sun, Mother and Father, the ones that are always reminding us our essence, our real selves every day after we open our eyes.

We are so excited!!! This coming Saturday, April 25th, Nic and I will be offering this amazing workshop at in Livingston NJ. Come join us and feel your oneness through asanas aligned with the elements, hands-on and sound bath healing, and the energy of sharing love and knowledge with you. It is going to be cozy and joyful afternoon.
