Got a few days in off Palm Beach. Local reports put us as the lead boat both days. Had an awesome Thanksgiving meal prepared by the power packed duo Karen & Dewey...Thank Y'all Again!!!

Sooooo we will even post fishy photos from our friendly Dawg fans. In this case Mr. Billy Bennett and crew fished the Amazon! Mentioned it being the most amazing trip, from the photos not hard to see why. Love us some Bennett's!

11 yrs ago Bryson Hawkins (now a UGA man) doing flips off the bridge off K-Girl in the Keys. He scored a solid 10's from the judges.....but the judges are 12's! K, I'm a 2 and Uncle T is a 10! Bama math makes us both a 12 in my book!!! Just Sayin'.

8 Year Old Prodigy - Amazing Flip An 8 year old stud beasts it up on a massive boat.

What do we do with those cute lil fishies you say?........Cook that beautiful fillet in the ol trusty iron skillet: Season with cracked salt and pepper (let that rest for an hour or so to pull in some of the flavs). Saute in Garlic Olive Oil / Butter / Fresh Squeezed Lemmon / Bottle or 2 of French or Italian Sauvignon Blanc (will only need about 1/4 cup in the skillet, if you don't know what to do with the rest send it on over preferably chilled to 52 degrees for me please)! Note: There is only one way to mess up cooking fish.......Do NOT over cook (only takes about 10 mins)!!! Overcooking fish gets you banned by the Boyz, just sayin'.

Plate on a bed of Organic Jasmin rice (don't to forget to drizzel some of the drippins on the rice and fish) and grilled zucchini spears on the side.

If that ain't gooood, Try Harder! Or get some nice fillets and call me, I'll bring the skillet. Might need a few more bottles of wine tho! LOL
