Hill Plunkett out of Georgia becomes the country’s first 2023 commit today

We have been heartbroken for the Stroz family after hearing of the terrible accident in Alabama that killed Mikey and severely injured his sister Maddie and father Mike last weekend. We Pray for Mikeys soul, and Mike and Maddie’s recoveries. Mikeys mom has a powerful faith that we hope will give her the power, courage and strength to get through this difficult time. The Stroz family, and our friends at Timber Creek, LCO, Always Sunny and Florida Crabs are in our hearts and on our minds constantly as we grieve with you for your loss. Mikey was beloved in the lacrosse community and we are thankful he enjoyed our page and that we were able to see him play here on Earth. Now it’s time for him to go play this game with all those we lost before way up in the heavens with the Creator. You may be gone Mikey but you won’t be forgotten. Rest In Peace. 💜 💜 💜

Check out the turfside office this legend has today at the Rivalry on the River in Jacksonville. Watch him live on local channel 4. Episcopal Jacksonville is up 7-4 with 8 left in the 3rd on Providence. Up next Creekside and Ponte Vedra at 630. 🥍

We wanted to shoutout these 3 teams for their performances at last weekends US Club Nationals (disclaimer-there were many teams to include here but we only had 3 huddle photos this sweet)

2024 Carolina Miners (next disclaimer we were disappointed we never got a chance to see the 2025 Miners) The 2024 Miners held the West Coast Starz, Sea Dogs and Texas Oilers to 4 goals each in 3 bracket play wins then beat Denver Elite in the semis before losing to MadLax National in the final. Loved the energy and messaging this coaching staff brings to the boys. There’s little wonder why they are developing this well.

2025 Sweetlax Florida beat True Annapolis, Georgia Tigers and 91 Nationals, beat Annapolis again in the semis before losing a legendary OT thriller to MadLax Nationals (next disclaimer, disappointed we didn’t get more looks on the 27 and 28 teams)

2026 Stealth (South Florida) went 4-1 with wins over True Annapolis, 91 National and 2 close games against West Coast Starz, while losing to 3D Nationals (last disclaimer we wish we were able to catch the 2025 team also)
