Wildlife Wednesday 🐦

Spotted at Ibis: an anhinga taking a moment to dry its wings in the Florida sunshine. ☀️

Anhinga are known for their long neck and remarkable swimming ability, and spending much of their day diving beneath the water's surface in search of fish before striking this iconic wing-spreading pose. Have you spotted one of these fascinating birds around the Club?

Some evenings simply stop you in your tracks. 🌅 Member Hanneke Vandenboomen captured this breathtaking Ibis sunset, where brilliant shades of coral, pink, and gold painted the sky in a spectacular display.
