Taught 1st Aerobics Class at the renewed Military Trail! Maybe it’s magic. The more I worked out, the younger I looked

1st 5:45 am class, taught at the brand new cycle room at Military Trail, will be taught by me tomorrow am. Let’s Christen the room!!
