Congratulations to our Alumni Jackson Blake and the Carolina Hurricanes on winning the 2026 Stanley Cup!
Jackson led the Hurricanes in points during their Stanley Cup run, recording 20 points (13 A, 7 G) and recorded a plus 8!

Thank you to everyone who participated in our first annual longwood combine!
As we enter the summer we wanted to give you all some advice and tips on how to improve.
Have fun and we look forward to seeing how much you all grow when we reconvene in the fall!

Longwood is excited to announce that our first ever organization-wide combine is in the books!
All of our players participated in the following:
On-Ice Testing
- Full lap timed test (both directions)
- NZ grind time and skating form
- Parachute skating test
- Shot speed and release testing
Off-Ice Testing
- Push-ups
- Sit-ups
- 3-cone agility
- Broad jump
We recorded times and reps for each exercise and will be testing again when we reconvene in the fall to start the season!
In the meantime, we will be sharing tips on how to improve over the summer!
