The city really pulled up last night for the first of many nights with Raw Nutrition.
I’m incredibly grateful for this opportunity and for this community that continues to show up, not only for one another, but for themselves.
This has always been bigger than running. It’s about pushing yourself, choosing to do hard things, and continuing to show up even when it isn’t easy.
Thank you to everyone who donated goods for our Colombia charity drive. It truly takes a village, and seeing the amount of support last night was incredibly moving.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you. 🇨🇴❤️

It was a pleasure having the West Palm Beach FireFighters join us for our wednesday run this week. We are excited to partner with them for this years 9/11 memorial stair climb this year on September 12th.
