Munns Oswald 470 Sailing

This weekend we finished first 🥇 at the Triple Crown #2 event in San Pedro, CA. Training is going well and we look forward to the rest of our fall!

We recently finished the San Pedro Olympic Classes Regatta, where we competed against some of the best teams in the world on the future Olympic venue.
We placed 11th, narrowly missing the top 10 medal race shootout. We are not satisfied with the result, but are encouraged by our progress. We look forward to more racing against these top teams going forward.

We just finished the 2026 Nationals, finishing first 🥇overall for the third year in a row!

Big thank you to the race committee and volunteers for their time and effort in running this event. Also thank you to the Long Island Maritime Museum and Windmark Sailing Foundation. Finally, we want to thank our supporters for making it possible for us to do these events.

Thank you to everyone who made it to our second annual Palm Beach Sailing Club fundraiser! We had an amazing time sharing our story with our longtime supporters. We look forward to our next opportunity to speak at the club again.

The trip was challenging, but we gained invaluable experience. The only way forward is to fight our way through this fleet. We know what we need to do, and before long, we'll be back.

Tomorrow we start racing for the Princess Sofia Trophy in Palma De Mallorca, Spain. The competition will run for 5 days with an extra 6th for the top 10 boats. The fleet is 67 boats. We have been training hard since the Europeans and are excited to show our improvements! Thank you for helping us get here. Time to race!!

We have completed our preparations for the 470 Europeans at Vilamoura, Portugal. Can wait to start our first European regatta! We will check back in at the end. (Saturday)
