AYSO Hey Coach Spotlight – Doug Rodas
This month, we are proud to recognize Coach Doug Rodas from AYSO Region 345 in Okeeheelee Park, Florida, for his incredible dedication and service over the past 24 years.

Coach Doug has made a lasting impact as a coach, referee, board member, and mentor to countless players and families throughout the region. For the past 12 years, he has continuously coached both 14U and 19U girls' teams while also dedicating his Saturdays to refereeing multiple matches.

As a bilingual leader, Doug is always willing to help recruit and support new coaches, helping create a stronger and more welcoming environment for everyone. Beyond the sidelines, he also volunteers his time helping with field maintenance, painting, and setup to ensure players have a great experience each week.

Since 2010, Coach Doug has proudly represented AYSO at the National Games and has led many recreational girls' teams to tournament success. His passion, leadership, and commitment continue to make a tremendous difference throughout Region 345.
