Leading with kindness and support, rather than force, dramatically boosts productivity and quality. Offering help, food, and genuine care creates a foundation for a thriving, loyal team.
We prioritize physical and oral health, visiting doctors and dentists regularly. But why is mental health, like therapy, still viewed differently? It's all part of being human and maintaining well-being.
As a leader, it's easy to feel like you need to be stoic. But showing your vulnerability, like admitting you've used EAP, can be incredibly powerful. It reminds others that even leaders are human and that seeking help is a sign of strength.
