Happy Monday! I hope you are all having a great start to your week.

For today’s motivation, I wanted to share a quick reminder: Your challenges are training, not punishment. Every obstacle you face is simply an opportunity to grow stronger and more resilient.

Here’s a simple, healthy protein pancake recipe you can make in under 15 minutes

Ingredients

* 2 eggs
* 1 ripe banana
* ½ cup rolled oats
* ¼ cup Greek yogurt
* ½ tsp baking powder
* ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
* Pinch of salt
* Splash of vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

1. Blend everything until smooth (or mash banana + mix well).
2. Heat a non-stick pan on medium.
3. Pour small pancakes (they’re delicate).
4. Cook ~2–3 minutes per side until golden.
5. Serve warm

🍓 Topping Ideas (Keep It Healthy)

* Fresh berries
* Peanut or almond butter
* Greek yogurt
* Honey or maple syrup (light drizzle)
* Chia seeds or flaxseed

To be honest, I'm not the best at cooking or baking, but I always try to keep my ingredients very simple. I make it a point to read every label because I’m quite worried about all the additives that are in our food these days. For me, the quality of the ingredients is really the key.
