This isn't your average riding course. ASC Level 2 is built for expert riders who are ready to be pushed. You'll work on advanced vision skills, trail braking, cornering at higher entry speeds and lean angles, slow-speed balance, blind corner strategies, and precision gymkhana-style riding — topped off with a time-trial competition to put your skills to the test.

You'll put it all into practice with on-track sessions at Sonoma Raceway — a controlled, closed-course environment and one of the best places around to sharpen your skills safely, all supported by skilled instructors in a small class setting so you get the attention you need to progress.

Yamaha Champions Riding School is bringing the demo fleet to Thunderhill Raceway West on May 23–24, and we’re fired up to have them with us for the weekend.

When you sign up for the Z2 track day weekend, you’ll also have the chance to test ride some of the latest Yamaha Motor USA demo bikes while you’re there.

Possible demo options include R1, R9, R6, R7, R3 — plus MT-03, MT-07, MT-09, and MT-10. Availability may vary, so come ready to ride and check in early.

Spend the weekend getting laps in, learning, hanging out in the paddock, and checking out the Yamaha demo fleet with Z2.

We’re heading to Thunderhill Raceway West on May 23 & 24 for a full weekend of riding, good vibes, and plenty of throttle therapy. Ride Saturday and Sunday, then relax on Monday for Memorial Day — because that sounds like the perfect long weekend to us.
