Last night, after returning from the Philippines, I arrived home from the airport at 1:00 AM. Immediately, I started doing laundry and watched television until 4:00 AM, trying to adjust to the new time zone. Despite attempting to get at least two hours of sleep, it was hardly successful. By 7:30 AM, I was already out the door, checked in with my physiotherapist, and headed to the gym. I also took the time to unload the swag I brought back from the Philippines, met with one of my contacts who is a black belt and tournament promoter, and returned home to start packing for tomorrow's trip to Orlando. By 11:00 AM, I was still going—truly, no rest for the wicked.
