Dear West Seneca Curves Community,
First, I want to thank all of you who have been a member of our gym. The decision to close was not an easy one and I will miss all of you tremendously.
But let’s not think of this as an ending, but the start of something new.
You can still be part of the Curves Community with My Curves On Demand!
The all online program offers coaching sessions and workouts that can be modified to meet your needs and abilities.

Only have a few minutes? Try one of the shorter classes.

We hear a lot about "Time Management". But we don't really manage time, we manage PRIORITIES!
