What is Heart-Rate Based Interval Training?🤔
During our timed 30-minute workout sessions you will exercise at high exertions levels (about 80-95% of maximal heart rate) for short periods. This is followed by a recovery period (about 40-50% of maximal heart rate).⏰❤️
