lt in the art. We teach anyone aged 6+, at any skill level, and offer both group and private instructional classes. The group instructional class consists of a half-hour warm up and stretching period, and a half-hour or more of instruction in forms, self defense techniques and drills. Private classes are conducted one-on-one with Sifu Casey and allow students an opportunity for individualized lessons and training. Private lessons can be made by appointment at a time convenient for you. We also offer a cardio kick-boxing class twice a week designed to improve strength, stamina, and endurance. This class is great for anyone from beginner to expert, and is accessible for all skill levels. However, Sifu Casey will always push students to reach their full potential and to work as hard as they can!
