We’re not here to promise you’ll feel 29 again.
The goal is bigger than that.
10, 20 years from now, we want you to still be hiking. Still traveling. Still doing the things you love, with the people you love.
That’s what training after 40 is really about.
Building a body that keeps up with the life you want to live.

There are days when doubt is louder than determination. The Murph Challenge on Memorial Day was almost one of those days.
This is Morgan’s reflection.
“So I woke up this morning not anticipating doing this challenge, nervous I wasn’t gonna be able to complete it. Then at 7:30 said screw it drove over to West Springfield, if I don’t finish, whatever. Partnering with Christine (5:45 class) and her encouragement and positivity and Zack’s encouragement. I actually completed this challenge, the only modified part was the assisted pull ups and no vest. If you asked me a year ago about jogging 2 miles, I would think it would never happen. Today jogging 2 miles with Christine in the rain proved me wrong. I feel so accomplished today and looking back on a year, couldn’t be more happy. Thank you.“
Today’s lesson: Don’t let fear make your decisions. Show up anyway. You might surprise yourself. 💪🔥

Nothing beats an incredible fitness community coming together on the 4th for an amazing workout. 🇺🇸💪 Grateful for the energy, the support, and everyone who showed up ready to put in the work. Stronger together—every single time. ❤️🤍💙

1.5 years ago, Lori made a decision that changed more than her body — it changed her life.
Every med ball around her represents weight she no longer carries… but the real transformation can’t be measured on a scale.
She’s walking through life differently now.
With more confidence. More openness. More belief in herself.
She says yes to new experiences.
She approaches challenges with a growth mindset.
She solves problems with calm instead of overwhelm.
And she brings an energy into every room that lifts the people around her.
That’s what real wellness looks like.
Not perfection. Not just pounds lost.
But becoming someone who fully shows up for life.
And if you know Lori, you know one of the best parts of her journey is the way she shows up inside the Conca gym community — encouraging others, staying consistent, and reminding everyone around her what’s possible when you commit to yourself one day at a time.
Lori, your transformation is inspiring because it’s deeper than physical.
You didn’t just lose weight.
You gained a whole new way of living. đź’›

Maria wanted to lift as heavy as her husband… and casually crushed 377 lbs instead 💪🔥
This is what Maria thinks about her Conca experience “I love that Conca consistently pushes those imaginary boundaries we have been fed or over time come to believe. There are no limits…we are still works in progress and there are no limits.“
Strength doesn’t care who you are — it shows up when you do. Way to go, Maria! 👏

Three years. Three races. And every single year—stronger, faster, better. 💪🔥
Huge congratulations to Mary Hiney for crushing the 5K Ridge Run and shaving *2 minutes off her time each year!* That’s what consistency, discipline, and showing up looks like.
Mary credits her progress to her strength training at Conca—and it shows. This is your reminder that putting in the work pays off, one step at a time.
Keep going. Keep growing.
