[04/02/20]   Due to the national social distancing guidelines imposed in response to the sobering White House COVID-19 infection and fatality projections, Midville Golf Club has made the decision to remain closed until April 19th, at which time we will reevaluate our situation. Although some form of golf course operation may still be permissible under state law, we are not confident that our continued operation will sufficiently meet the social distancing guidelines necessary to contain the spread of this virus and to keep our customers and staff safe. April of 2019 brought us 24 days of rain, which we would now gladly exchange for this pandemic. We are asking our golfers to be patient and to please strictly adhere to the social distancing guidelines put forth by our governor and national health officials. Please remember that this is far from over. If everyone does their part we will flatten the curve and get back to a somewhat normal life, including enjoying the remainder of what we expect to be a wonderful golf season. Lastly, a heartfelt thank you to all of the essential workers who are working under conditions of exposure associated with this dreaded disease. Thank you, Management at Midville.
