A BLAST FROM THE PAST!
Today would have marked the 99th birthday of our founder, Bill “The Chief” Falk.
Long before M-F Athletic became what it is today, Bill was busy creating products and sharing his passion for track & field. Bill’s first book, Fiberglass Pole Vaulting, along with his famous “Heel Protectors,” are shown here as they appeared in Track & Field News' printed magazine back in the 1970s.
Those early products helped mark the beginning of M-F Athletic — Everything Track & Field. What started with Bill’s knowledge, creativity, and love for the sport grew into a company that has been proudly serving the track & field community for generations.
Today, we look back with a lot of pride and gratitude for where it all began. ❤️
Happy Birthday, Bill! 🎂
