On Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. 🇺🇸
At Farrell’s, this day hits especially close to home. We are proud to have members, families, and friends within our gym community who have served, who continue to serve, and who have sacrificed so much for the freedoms we often take for granted. We also carry the memory of those who never made it home.
Their courage and sacrifice are the reason we get to gather together, chase goals, build friendships, and live the lives we do today.
Today is more than a long weekend. It is a day of reflection, gratitude, and respect for the heroes who paid the ultimate price so others could have tomorrow.
From our Farrell’s family to yours, we remember and honor them always. ❤️🤍💙

Today was a special morning at 6 AM ❤️🇺🇸
After a year away on active duty deployment, Matt is HOME and back in the gym with us. There are some moments that just mean a little more, and this was definitely one of them.
As a gym family with so many military members, veterans, and families connected to service, homecomings like this are incredibly meaningful. They are joyful, emotional, and a reminder of the sacrifices made not only by those who serve, but by the families who serve alongside them.
Today we celebrate the happy reunion, the familiar faces back in the room, and the privilege of welcoming one of our own home. We also continue to hold space in our hearts for those who have experienced loss and carry that sacrifice with them every day.
Matt, we are so happy you are home. Your 6 AM crew missed you ❤️💪
