If you want to train for decades you need to respect your age, your capacity to recovery, and the reality of your life outside the gym

It’s one thing to be in your early 20’s chasing a world title, structuring your entire life around BJJ…

It’s another to be 30+, raising a family, working full-time, managing responsibilities, and showing up consistently.

The goal isn’t to survive the hardest week of training.
It’s to keep training year after year, and feel good enough to enjoy it.
