This week we’re featuring our lovely community member Andrea who is one of our 6 Week Challenge graduates! ✨
Before SHINE, fitness just wasn’t really her thing. Andrea walked through our doors in October and took it one step at a time... literally. She built up slowly, class by class, until she was giving a full class everything she had. Six months later, the improvements speak for themselves.
