1:1 Package: This is the next most popul;ar package and while it does not include a potty training plan, it does include a one hour consultation (2x30 minute calls), as well as one week of support

Ask Me Anything Package: This is a great option if you just have a few questions or have hit a bump in the road as it includes a 30 minute phone call

Potty Training Handbook: This guide covers everything from start to finish during potty training including - preparing, implementing, bumps in the road, and outings and daycare

Summer is a great time to start potty training for many reasons.

✔️ Easier to get liquids into your little ones- water, popsicles, freezes and fruit are all great ways of getting liquid in which means more opportunities to p*e
✔️ Easier to walk around bare bottomed at the beginning, or in shorts or dresses as it's warmer outside
✔️ More time outside= less mess inside when you are first starting out
✔️ More time at home- long weekends every month in the summer make it easier to begin potty training with extra time spent at home
✔️ Readiness for September - many little ones are beginning preschool or JK which requires them to be potty trained

This family had a rough start with lots of ups and downs but as soon as it clicked their daughter was a superstar! She has been doing amazing and I love getting all the updates from them and seeing how far she has progressed

Regressions!

There are many reasons that they may happen during potty training. Changes in routine, a new house, a new sibling or a change of environment are a few possible reasons regressions may happen

Some tips for working through them:

✔️ Identify the Cause- You want to rule out anything medical before looking at other possible reasons for a regression- ✔️ Go back to basics- You may need to backtrack a few steps and do some bare-bottomed time or even prompting your little one a bit more. You want to help get them back on track and boost their confidence
✔️ Remain consistent- Consistency is key! They need to know that you are working with them. Staying consistent will also help keep things less confusing for them
✔️ Stay positive- This will not last forever, so even though its tough keep positive for your little one and help them through it
✔️ Reach out for help- If you need assistance please reach out for help. You do not need to go through this alone
