The Toronto Triggerfish Water Polo club is a group of people who come together to learn and play the exciting and demanding sport of water polo.

Our 2022 award winners 🏆 were:

was the black-horse catch of the year 🐎 for demonstrating outstanding skill or leadership as a competitive athlete.

was the mermaid of the sea 🧜🏻‍♀️ for demonstrating outstanding achievement as a female-identifying athlete.

Rael was awarded the fillet-the-fish 🐟 for his tactical thinking and precision play.

was the tadpole 🐸 for demonstrating outstanding skill and advancement as a new athlete.

was the perky pom-poms 📣 for demonstrating outstanding club spirit.

, Georgina, and Aziz were the golden toaster 🍞 for demonstrating outstanding achievement in club recruitment.

Sam was the neptune 🔱 for demonstrating outstanding club values and the advancement of the sport of water polo.

was the brave bull 🐂 for all the very legitimate kick-outs called against him last IGLA.

Marc was awarded the Lawrence Stevenson award 🕺🏻 for displaying outstanding team spirit and sportsmanship at the last IGLA.

And our lifeguards were given the discretionary award, for all they’ve done to keep us safe!
